1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and ph23 ("ph23," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph23.app. By creating a ph23 account or using any part of the ph23 platform — including the live casino, slots, bingo rooms, and all associated services — you unconditionally accept these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of ph23, including registered players, visitors browsing the platform, and any person accessing ph23 content. Use of ph23 constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these Terms, which supersede all prior versions.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain a ph23 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

ph23 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at ph23's sole discretion.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) ph23 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering a ph23 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
• Keep your ph23 login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify ph23 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process when requested by ph23, by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, SSS ID, or UMID).

ph23 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ph23 supports deposits and withdrawals via Philippine-based payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the ph23 payment schedule. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• KYC Requirement: Withdrawals will not be processed until the player's ph23 account has passed KYC verification. This is a mandatory requirement and cannot be waived.
• Bonus Wagering: Funds credited as bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Full details are set out in the applicable bonus terms.
• Fraud Prevention: ph23 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

ph23 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ph23 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. General bonus rules include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered ph23 players only, unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• ph23 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless ph23 explicitly states otherwise.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on ph23 are governed by individual game rules published within the platform. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. ph23 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ph23 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. ph23's decision in such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph23 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with ph23 games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, identity theft, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in ph23's platform.
• Using ph23 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing ph23 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph23 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of ph23 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use ph23 solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of ph23 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph23 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ph23.
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the ph23 platform.

ph23's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

ph23 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your ph23 account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

• A player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• A player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• ph23 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, ph23 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If no breach is found, remaining balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of ph23 shall first be submitted to ph23's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines with jurisdiction over the matter.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ph23 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the ph23 platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of ph23 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
